Have you ever thought how the media influences you?
Many people have never asked themselves that question, the media have a powerful influence on us. Like the things we buy, probabily you bought this things because you see an anounce on the tv or a social media. The media have a lot of influence on us and we can't let them continue.
In my opinion at least some hours a day we have to "disconnect" ourselves from any kind o social media and Tv program and have some time enjoying something analogic.
