Now a days it's commom to see a high rate of people overweight. In the United States most part of the population exchange healthy food for junk food, what is such a problem.

Kids are not interested in eating food that benefice them. Usually their parents are much caught up on their jobs and forget to watch what their children are eating, then they prefer to buy industralized products, because they're so much easier to be prepared, which are much harmful to health.

Last year a video got very famous of a boy who couldn't recognize a potato, when the journalist asks him what the potato is, he answers that it's an onion, then the journalist shows him french fries, and tells him that french fries are made of potato.

The boy got surprised, that's probably because the boy have never eaten potato without being industralized. Not only him but also other kids, adults and even babies are used to eat badly. Adults usually eat industralized food, which has much sodium because they're more pratical than homemade food and there're also many babies witch are trapped in a bad eating habits.

1. Probably people will notice it. However, we don't need to do things thinking if they will notice it or not. Blecaute if you know your following your values, and doing it right, you ought just do it, if people notice ou not, doesn't matter, you should have your own merit.
2. If your not following values, you'll feel not fit in your mind, consequently, you'll be not walking you talk.
3. It won't be hard, it's pretty easy to be yourself, and that is what you'll be doing if you are following your values.
