In my opinion it can, because when you bully someone you make her feel inferior. And this can make her isolate herself and can hurt her in many ways.
Some of the problems that bullyng can cause is depression, anxiety, stress. And bullyng can also cause much higher problems like self-mutilation and also suicide.
