Wellness tips:

• Stay hidrated. Being dehydrated can cause much more problems than we expect.
• Take care of yourself. Take regular showers, brush your teeth often, take care of your hygiene in general.
• Practice physical activities. Yes, everyone says that, but it's true. The human body wasn't made to be still all day long, it needs exercise. You can go to the gym, walk, run, dance, whatever pleases you the most.
• Exercise your brain. Read, maybe study a new language. These are fun things to do that help to keep your mind on track.
