The theme of my text is the importance of physical activities, I choose this subject because it is something very discussed but little applied, people are aware of the importance of physical activity, but do not apply in their daily life.
I am totally aware of the importance of physical activity, I do skating twice a week and I know the difference that a routine of exercises causes in our health and even in our mood.
I do not know anyone who is contrary to the practice of exercises, after all, there are several studies that speak of its importance and its benefits.
In my point of view people need to change their habits urgently, to have knowledge and to do nothing about it is to live in ignorance, and ignorant people do not grow up in the ways of their lives. In short, only you can change your attitudes, be the change you need.
