About the article "A Word on Artistic Political Correcteness", I think that the article is extremely interesting and I completely agree with the author. In my opinion, the art comes being attacked but, almost all the times is because the people are unformed, which causes a chain of disagreements.

Consequentely artistic productions are being scrutinized through the lens of cultural appropriation. As in the case of the author on the Caucasian actor, many artists use clothing from other cultures to record and disseminate their music and videos. Other examples of cultural appropriation quite evident are the use of things of Afro origin, such as dreadlocks, black power hair, turbans, besides certain vestments and customs

Some of these acts may seem normal at first glance, but there are several cases of "acculturation" behind all this. In short, there is no harm in using certain adornments that refer to other cultures as long as it is respectful and not permanent, otherwise it will not be seen with good eyes by all being considered something egocentric and without notion

We can conclude that if artists, their producers and staff were more informed and had a little more empathy for the cultures of other peoples, art would't be as attacked and criticized as it is today.
