In my opinion, cultural appropriation is a very serious matter. It's present in books, movies, songs, and on our daily lives. I think only people from a certain culture can say if they feel disrespected by something or not, but the article talks about it really well. The example they give about Indian culture is really valid. We often see people dressed with other cultures' clothing when they don't belong to it at all. But there's a difference between cultural appropriation and actually respecting it. Some people use a culture just for entertainment purposes, and that's wrong. Now, if they actually do some research and respect it, I think it's okay.
