I agree and disagree with Esther Davis at same time, because some people don't know that's part of the culture and wear clothes or wear hairs, because they like. However some people wear this things for ridicule the cultural.
Some people just want make confusion and make discord in the world, but in this same world we have good people, who just want to use different styles and not use them to be xenophobic the cultures. Exemple: my friend likes an african dress, but she isn't african, so can't she wear the dress? It's ridiculous that, because whether or not this can also be xenophobia with her, because will be accusing her of cultural appropriation.
