There are daily, weekly and monthly podcasts and they vary in length. Daily podcasts are usually shorter than weekly and monthly ones. The average podcast lasts about 30 minutes. You can search on different websites or download specialized apps that allow you to search, subscribe and listen to their podcasts. Ask your parents or teachers to help you find them. Test different rooms in your house and check the quality of the recording for any echo and reverberation. Some people record from inside a closet (clothes provide soundproofing).
